This week as we celebrate International Women's Day 2022, Confederation Freezers is taking to opportunity to recognize two very special women in our Management Team. They lead by example, providing aspiration to help our business evolve. Confederation Freezers would like to thank Diana Feregotto and Liz Mckenzie for their drive and dedication.
Diana Feregotto started her career with Confederation Freezers as a CFO in April 2012. Previously, Diana worked in various financial roles in the warehouse and distribution industry. She brings extensive knowledge and skills to Confederation Freezers and her responsibilities include financial reporting to external and internal stakeholders, finance and IT management, financial risk management, and liaisons with external auditors. Diana is a CPA and CA holder and she graduated from the University of Windsor with a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
Liz Mckenzie joined Confederation Freezers as a General Manager, Transportation in April 2021. Liz brings over 30 years experience in transportation, customs compliance, and continuous improvement to her role. Liz holds professional designations with the Canadian Institute of Traffic & Transportation (CITT) as a Certified Logistics Professional, and the Canadian Society of Customs Brokers as a Certified Customs Specialist.
